Implementation 

School Loop is easy and fast to implement.  Implementations are led by Caroline Shimozato, Natalie Hargrove and Mark Gross.   Implementation of School Loop is simple, fast and organized.

Data Integration.  We establish a connection to the data we need, either pulling it from your SIS or from a file you create with an autoquery.  We ask you to clear us through your spam filter and check to see that  your proxy server doesn't cache our forms.  You give us your terms dates, calendar, and the email addresses of your teachers.

Setup.  We work with your district or school to set up an implementation team comprised usually of a member of school administration, an implementation leader from the teaching staff, and a core of pre-launch users.  We show you how to register students, parents and staff and discuss strategies for rapid adoption.launchmini.jpg

Launch.  We introduce School Loop to the full staff and launch.  One time, and they are pretty much hooked.  You register your students and promote the service to parents through your homepage, mailers, and so on, using your material or ones we provide.   Read about a successful implementation here.

Training.   Caroline Shimozato is our director of training.   She knows that for teachers, training means "hard".  So we don't train, we guide people during a 15 minute session.  That's all people need to get started.

From there, we provide a series of Flash movies called "Two-Minute Tutorials" that show people the things that interest them.
