What can be posted on the calendar?
The calendar shows classroom, group, team, and other school events as well as personal activities. Teachers can post assignments, which then instantly appear on the calendars of students and parents. Any member of a group can post a group event and it will appear on every member’s calendar.
The School Loop Calendar is a dynamic tool, available 24/7 from any computer.
Can you post events that will appear on the calendars of others?
Yes, teachers or administrators can post events that appear on targeted calendars, the school website, and on homepages of each student and parent. For example, if an English teacher posts an event to the English department group, the other members of that department group will see that event on their calendars. If a teacher assigns a test to two of her classes, students in those two class will see it on their calendars.
Can you post personal items?
Yes. Posted personal items are only visible on the calendar of the person who posted them.
